Families head to intu Watford for hi-tech half term

Robot-inspired events and activities take place at intu Watford this half term.

The hi-tech theme was chosen by parents and children who were polled on how they most wanted to spend half term.

Children in Watford can enjoy a week of robot-building fun during a hi-tech half term of daily activities at intu Watford. The free events will include taking part in the Robot School of Dance, coding a robot and creating a monster robot with building blocks from Tuesday May 30 to Friday 2 June.

intu’s nationwide “Shopperview” panel, made up of customers of its 14 centres up and down the country, selected the robot-inspired theme for half term week after they were polled on the activities they’d most like their children to take part in during the school holidays.

Leigh Brooks at intu Watford said: “We’re excited to be bringing families a fun-packed week of free events and activities that will help them make the most of a visit to intu Watford over the school holidays."

“It’s the latest compelling event to be created by intu thanks to valuable insight from our customers.”

Activities take place at intu Watford from 30 May to 2 June. They are free for all the family and open to all ages.
